This cinematic and musical odyssey through the Earth’s most majestic landscapes shows the spellbinding force of high places—and their ongoing power to shape our lives and our dreams. Armed with drones, Go-Pros and helicopters, an astonishing ensemble of mountaineers, ice climbers, heli-skiers, snowboarders and parachuting mountain bikers take us from Tibet to Australia and Alaska to Norway.

Gliding shots of snow-capped mountains ringed by clouds and the daredevils who climb them are overlaid with suitably craggy narration voiced by Willem Dafoe. Whether you’re a skier, climber, hiker or a vista lover, this dazzling exploration of our obsession with mountains, scored by the Australian Chamber Orchestra, will take your breath away.
