Danielle D. Lucero is a PhD candidate in the Justice and Social Inquiry program in the School of Social Transformation at Arizona State University. She holds an Ed.M from Harvard University's Graduate School of Education in Learning and Teaching and a BA in Anthropology and Ethnic Studies from Columbia University. Danielle is an enrolled member of the Pueblo of Isleta located in central New Mexico as well as Chicana with connections to the northeastern New Mexican town of Santa Rosa. In her free time, Danielle enjoys fly fishing and drawing comics.
